Ami Otsuka speaks at APPS JAPAN 2025, co-located with Interop Tokyo
Author and app developer Ami Otsuka (representative of Hundreds LLC) spoke on June 11, 2025 at APPS JAPAN 2025, co-located with Interop Tokyo. The session was "Asking the author of #100 Days Challenge: how engineers learn and are trained in the age of generative AI." The moderator was Satoshi Endo of Kadokawa Ascii Research Laboratories.
The session ran from 17:00 to 17:40 in Room KB. Its description notes that the book was still ranked first in four of Amazon's IT categories nearly five months after publication.
In the session Otsuka said that development as it has been practised will stop making sense, and that this is precisely the opportunity.

Starting in October 2023, while a student at Chuo University, she built an app a day with ChatGPT for 100 consecutive days and posted each one to X, a record published as #100 Days Challenge: I Built 100 Apps in 100 Days and My Life Changed (Nikkei BP, 2025).
