Ami Otsuka publishes Claude Code Without Writing Code on Amazon
Author and app developer Ami Otsuka (representative of Hundreds LLC) publishes her book コードを書かない Claude Code ― 資料も、外注も、納品も。会社の仕事はAIに任せられます on Amazon on September 5, 2026. The publisher is Hundreds LLC. It comes out in two formats, paperback and Kindle, both on September 5, 2026. The Kindle edition has been open for pre-order as of September 2, 2026.
The book is a record of the year in which Otsuka, who runs her company alone, handed Claude Code the everyday work of that company: preparing documents, placing orders with contractors, revising documents delivered to clients, social media, and deciding which commissioned jobs to take. Each of the sixteen chapters ends with a section titled "In your environment," giving one concrete first step per chapter. The text contains no programming.
The appendix sorts 41 things that went wrong in operation into six patterns, so a reader can go from a symptom to its cause.
The book runs to roughly 200 pages in A5 format. It is written for owners running a company on their own, freelancers, and small businesses where the reader signs off on decisions themselves.
