Ami Otsuka gives keynote at Fukui University of Technology's AI & IoT Technology Event
Author and app developer Ami Otsuka (representative of Hundreds LLC) gave the keynote on July 2, 2025 at the AI & IoT Technology Event held at Fukui University of Technology, subtitled "regional innovation built with code, AI, IoT and LLMs." The event was hosted by the university's AI & IoT Center and the AI & IoT Consortium.
The keynote began at 14:35 under the title "The future of code opened up by generative AI: what building 100 apps showed me," with a Q&A. The venue was Room 1-805; 200 seats, free of charge.
A reception followed, billed as "student PBL demos x #100 Days Challenge x IT company founders." Fifty places; students paid 500 yen.

About Ami Otsuka
Author and app developer; representative of Hundreds LLC. Starting in October 2023, while a student at Chuo University, she built an app a day with ChatGPT for 100 consecutive days and posted each one to X, a record published as #100 Days Challenge: I Built 100 Apps in 100 Days and My Life Changed (Nikkei BP, 2025). Named to Forbes JAPAN's Women In Tech 30 in 2026. She is now based in Thailand, writing, speaking and building apps.
